This month our sponsor is Robyn Fetish with their gorgeous digi stamps. You can find their stamps here.
I made this simple card for hubby. I had used a beautiful dark blue (Bazzill) as background, with chequered pattern paper for contrast. I had used this gorgeous adorable but manly Barry Bear from Robyn Fetish. My darling hubby is one tough guy :). I had colored in using Copics. Barry Bear is curiously looking (surprise maybe lol) his heart-shaped (fancy pants – kraft kutz) birthday cake :). I had used White Pen ( Uniball Signo) to write the Birthday wishes.
I hope dear hubby likes this…. :)… Happy BirthdayDarling and.. Happy Independence Day fellow Malaysians ! 😀

Happy Sunday all :D. Happy indeed.. I literally slept through the day, waking only to have meals and drinks, and managed to sneak in a little time to play 365cards. I only got frustrated with my notebook, had to reboot it several times. Hubby will help to reformat the notebook for better performance :).
Its Super Sketchy Sunday at 365cards and the sketch is gorgeous and the DTs creations are just gorgeous, that I cant help but play along.:)
I have taken out my new ptis dies and embossing folder to play and I love the soft effect it gives. The blooms are all from pti dies. I had used So Sophie papers that I just got last week from LSS and I love this range:). Did you see my faux machine stitch. It was blunder coz I was stitching without thread realizing till half way, and I thought might as well continue on:). I did some handstitching too for flowers stems. I think it turned out quite alright. Hope you like it.. Happy weekend all.

Today I am back at 365cards challenge Day 172 Do Over.. I am so happy with this challenge coz this card has been sitting in the box for ages.. The challenge allows me to relook at the card to see how I can beautify it. You see, I had stamped it, it went a little crooked, and I didnt know what to do it.. so I chucked it aside.
After the makeover.. I really kinda like it.. well after some serious embellishment :D. I had added some serious mesh netting to cover areas and the sentiment to cover some mis-stamping areas :). I just love the sentiment… Can u still notice the mistake :). My hubby wisely says in craft and art, they can be no mistake.. its just different.. 🙂 He is a darling, aint he?
So I hope you like this do over or makeover… and well, why dont you give your abandon card another try :). Thanks for dropping by. Happy Weekend…hugs
