And now to share a fabulous time this morning with our LSS and crafter this morning… Yes, I have to really thank Papier Love for the opportunity to learn how to make sushi at Sakae Sushi, The Curve! Fabulous start to the morning as we get into gear to make the different type of sushi – the California Roll, the teddy sushi (two versions of it 🙂 ) and blossom sushi. I think being a crafter helps when it comes to making sushi, as we are rather used to working with our hands, practice makes perfect! Though, I am not so inclined to make for two pax, but maybe worth the while to make for a bigger group, as there a lot of preparation – the rice, the tomato, the cucumber and other nicely and thinly sliced ingredient.. but they are really fun to make… talk about playing with your food before eating them… sushi, definitely is one :p. We ended the session with a nice Katsudon with chawan mushi, salad, sushi and miso soup.. plus our handmade takeaways! We were also gifted with Go Green gifts by the management… Such a bonus day! 🙂 Thanks Papier Love.. you have won my loyalty now!!
Thanks for visiting … have a great week ahead!!! hugs…
I have recently started gardening again, and I love playing with soil with my bare hands.. :p and colors in my tiny garden. All of them are potted. My garden has been looking so dreadful for the longest time. So I think these blooms add so much colors and cheer to the garden.
Thanks for dropping by… hugs to all.. Happy Sunday. 🙂
I have been busy making cards, CAS cards and mostly cards for family and friends.

Yesterday, we celebrated May Day… can’t believe how times flies… and I have been resting for almost half a year now… still feeling rather lazy to go out and about! and focus on my work. But, my holidays are now over, and in May… I hope to be more upbeat and move around more for work! 🙂
And its been such a long time since I last played challenges, and I wanted to make a sweet card for my niece and was scouting around for a sketch, and immediately sought inspiration from Cardabilities, Sketch 54. They have such fab sketches , and this current sketch inspired me to create this little card for my gorgeous niece. Her birthday is coming up around the corner. I don’t get to see her as much as I would love to, so I made this card for my parents and brothers to sign, just to let her know that we love her very much and we miss her and hope that she will visit soon :). She loves to craft, just like her aunty! 🙂
A closer look at this 🙂
I know she is a Barbie fan ( did that last year ) and loves pink.. but I thought ice-cream would do the trick this round :). I hope she like this 🙂 Love you Ashley!
