A short post today, I have been feeling a little under the weather besides coming down with cough and flu. The weather has been erratic of late, with intermittent showers… For KL folks, after the cooling the hot humid weather, it also spells massive traffic jams! Thank goodness I do work from home, and a blessing it is!
This card is inspired by this pretty sketch by Pam Maas over at 365cards. Yes, its the Super Sketchy Sunday again. I had a hard time with this, feeling the lack of mojo..lol. I finally decided to use this fabulous balloons die from L’il Inker… Love the different sizes, shapes and designs.. its the only balloon die to get 🙂 and dont they just add colours, brightness and cheer :). I added this pretty camera (by Amy Tangerine) as a reminder to seize the life’s moment as how a camera might. I layer the upside down balloons cut out as the uneven scallops at the left bottom of the card. Pretty, isnt it! :p
So make sure you drop by and play along with us and make sure you check the fabulous creations by the DT team 🙂
Today I share with you a card I made for myself, a simple card. Sometimes, we tend to make cards for others, often forgetting ourselves.. hmm esp me lol….
The last one month has been very difficult for me.. I will share more when the time is right, and this morning, I thought I will make something for myself, as a reminder to Love Myself sometimes, despite the way things are and to continue to trust God in all that I do and hope. A little note to myself.. to be patient and to continue to love life, myself, loved ones and the beautiful things in life 😀

This card has been inspired by the lovely sketch over at 365cards by Pam Maas. Thought a bit about how I might want to tackle this and decided to keep clean and simple. Elements used are cut out from Webster Pages and I love the Grow button. I love to hoard, but am learning to part and use my collection such as this lovely button lol… naughty me!
