Aint that true :). Home is a place of relaxation. As tired as I might be, the moment, I reach home, I always feel a renewed sense of energy, as I can totally let loose and be myself and relax. Yes, home is always the best place to have a cuppa of coffee or tea 🙂
This card I made using such a cutie of a digi called Brew Your Coffee from Paper Pretties. Check out the lovely store for more stamps, digi stamps, ribbons etc. I had a lot of fun playing with the digi, colouring it and mixed match it with burlaps and washi tape.
This card was inspired by this lovely sketch by talented Wendi over at 365cards. So make sure you come by and play with us. You stand to win 5 digi stamps
Do check the lovely creations by our DT for more inspirations :)… Good day all with loads of hugs xxx :)!
I am just getting into the swing on Project Life, whilst I may not do the conventional week by week, I am a little behind but documenting my fabulous hols to Europe, 1.5months of it… enough to scrap many, many pages of Project Life theme related :). I am sure that is fine too lol…
I am still in my first week of the trip… Portugal.
Cascais is my base, where I stayed with a friend who was attending a meeting. Cascais, a lovely beach town, half hour drive from the city of Lisbon. I did a tour to Obidos, Alcobaca, Nazare, Batalha and finally Fatima, where I stayed a night, the highlight of my trip to Portugal.
Today I share Cascais and Nazare, the two lovely beach town of Portugal 🙂
Nazare, is a lovely beach town. Love the sun and the rugged sea front and seafood has just been marvelous. Lunch was such a wonderful treat… Love love sunny Portugal beaches 🙂
I am starting to enjoy putting all these together, though, I am also learning to use Photoshop and my brand new semi auto digital camera. Lots of new experiences going on here and I am loving it 🙂
Thanks for dropping by…. Have a fab weekend ahead.. hugs…
My camera busted during my holiday recently due to water condensation. Hubby and I decided, that for my crafty work, I would need a better camera… with Project Life and all … lol..
So we bought ourselves an Olympus XZ-2 semi auto/professional camera… and I so love it. I am rather a newbie at photographing, those who have been following me should know my skills set lol. So, we decided to go for a walk and take pictures this morning and ended up visiting KL Butterfly Park. Gorgeous community of butterflies.. cant get enough of them… love!
With this cam, it just gives me wonderful results…. hubby says my hands are shaking..:p.Still I love them, dont you think that they are pretty still :)… sharing some pics here. Enjoy.
Ok… back to 365cards, I love the sketch by Wendi and decided a rather simple play but using bold colours. Hope you like the card and make sure you hop along and play with us… we have fun challenges throughout the week.
Check out my blogpost over at Papier Love. I would say that I have found it to be rather challenging for the first attempt, not my best work yet lol. will strife to have a bit more a bit of me in my next layout 😀
Love you all. I am off for another blood test.. hope that all is well this time around. hugs..

Today, I share with you a little card I made for my nephew whose birthday is a week away! I hope he likes this. I cant believe that he is a young teenager now and how he loves to craft with me, everytime that I come with my crafty goody bag 🙂 For Christmas, I got him ” Diary of a Wimpy kid and a little journal book, so that I hope he can start some journaling himself. Smart boy, he read the book with the week I gave him. Every minute counts when you are growing up that fast 😀

Back to reality after my awesome holiday… one thing resonates in my heart… the feeling of joys of living as I traveled. Learning to make my own happiness daily 🙂
So this card is just for that… I / You, we can make our own happiness. I love the use of this charm – fairy riding the snail and having a wee of a time. Life is like that sometimes, the simplest things makes us the happiest and they are free. We just need to stop, take a moment to breathe in and enjoy the moment and laugh silly if need be and let all those muscles relax and let wrinkled grin brighten our face and world. What a joy!
This card has been loosely inspired by this wonderful sketch by Wendi over at 365cards Super Sketchy Sunday weekly challenge. Make sure you hop on and play. We are having some exciting news for you this year over at 365cards, not to be missed. So stay tuned :)!
