Its Chap Goh Mei ( the last day of the Chinese New Year celebration )

hi peeps,

Yes.. today we celebrate the last day of the Chinese New Year celebration, the 15th day, normally family would gather together for a feast, fireworks display, last day loh sang (yee sang or yusheng – my favorite dish at this time of year… and tonight, some single ladies may go to a river and throw some Mandarin oranges, with the hope, to catch themselves a handsome partner :). It has been a tradition for some. 🙂

Today its Sunday again, gosh, its almost end of February and I share with you this card using the lovely and fun digis from SK Digi, who is our sponsor this week at 365cards. The digis used in this card are Clover background from Shamrock St Patrick’s pack, Hearts Cupcake and St Patrick’s sentiment, of course for the St Patrick Day that is coming real soon :). So make sure you check the site up for the latest digs :). Additional materials are washi tapes punched clover and twine :).

  1. Annie, great to have spent our timing cropping together last week tho I can only make it once a month but so glad that you joined us. Yesterday, I told my sister about you and how you make beautiful cards and bla bla bla…I made 4 cards yesterday and yeay! for that.

You have plenty of lovely cards in your blog and I am so envy with all those pretty stamps and etc. I wish I can do nice cards like yours. Anyway, hope to meet you again and have a great week ahead!!
