Day 13 A Whole New Dimension
and… a closer look
Wow… this is an interesting challenge.. and I ended up using vellum butterflies and swirls. Paper piercing was the focus and tiny little piercing to raise and give my butterflies a 3D effect. I love the result. I layered the vellum with white base to allow the pattern and design to rise visibly. I layered it with maroon coloured Bazzill paper with an punched scallop by EK and another punched design by Martha. Place a gemstone over the ribbon. Finally to finished it off, stamped a Happy Birthday sentiment and a punched butterfly by Martha Stewart and finally Pearls to accessorize them.
